Etiquette and Policies
In order to provide each client with the high level of care that Bare Boutique is proud to offer, it is important for all clients to adhere to very basic courtesies. Please understand that these policies are in place for the benefit of all Bare Boutique clients.
It is requested that new clients arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to complete the consent form for services. Returning clients are asked to arrive at the scheduled appointment time.
We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance. We will do our best to accommodate same day appointments or walk-ins. When requesting an appointment, a deposit may be required totaling no more than 50% of your service cost. This deposit is refundable for clients who adhere to our cancellation policy and provide at least 24 hours cancellation notice. Upon scheduling your appointment, we will ask that you provide us with a valid email address, telephone number and cell service provider (needed to generate text confirmation) to confirm/remind you of your scheduled appointment 2 days prior to your spa services. Some of this information is optional.
In an effort to maintain the highest quality of service for all of our clients, we have adopted the following policy regarding deposits for appointments :
To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card may be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment.
Eyelash Extension services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which will be used toward your service at the time of checkout. We take payment at the time of reservation and do not store your credit card information.
Details of our cancelation policy are provided below.
Please call if you know that you will be arriving late for your appointment. A client who arrives late for a scheduled appointment time will be accommodated if at all possible. If necessary, we may modify your appointment to fit the available time and you will be charged the original full service cost. If it is not possible, rescheduling would be necessary and would not require a credit card or deposit. If a client is consistently late for appointments, a credit card or deposit will be required in order to reschedule. If you are greater than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it will be assumed that you have no-showed. Please read our policy pertaining to no-shows.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice of cancellations 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If it is not possible to provide notice with such advance, please provide as much notice as possible.
If you made a deposit for your desired appointment and need to cancel your appointment for any reason this deposit is only refundable with at least 24 hours cancellation notice.
Any appointment cancelled with less than 12 hours notice is considered a late cancellation. No-shows and late cancellation share the same policy. Please review our no-show policy below:
A client is considered a no-show when he or she does not cancel their scheduled appointment in advance of the scheduled time and does not show up for their appointment. A client who is greater than 15 minutes late without notice will be assumed a no-show. If a client no-shows and wishes to reschedule, a deposit in the amount of 1/2 of the total cost of scheduled services may be requested in order to reserve a new appointment. Clients who habitually no-show may be referred to another salon.
*If a client no-shows for a complimentary or reduced cost service that savings will be forfeited.
When you schedule your appointment at Bare Boutique, you are agreeing to these policies.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur and encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when reserving appointments.
Return and Exchange Policy
GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES: Gift cards hold no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable on services. Bare Boutique reserves the right to confiscate any gift card thought to be fraudulent.
PRODUCTS: Unused products may be returned within two week of purchase for an exchange or refund. Anytime after two weeks, all products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
SERVICES: Services are non-refundable.
In an effort to maintain quality of service and honor those coming to us seeking relaxation, we ask that clients refrain from bringing children along with them to appointments. We understand this may pose a challenge for some, but feel this is a necessary step in order to maintain the highest quality of service for all.
Please turn off cell phones upon check in at Bare Boutique and speak softly. We are a haven for all those coming here to relax and enjoy a peaceful and stress-reducing experience.
